LL Bean black thick and warm insulated and waterproof snow pants - zips on sides to go over boots if preferred or they can be tucked in , tiny hole burned through one layer in back from drying near a fireplace I think - does not effect wear and my jacket always covered it. These fit me even as an adult besides the fact my hips were too wide so I couldn’t snap them really! But they always stayed up! Would fit a child large (12-14)? Or so better I would think - message me for specific measurements I can get them! They were very comfy always kept me warm and dry skiing. They have front and back zip closure pockets! Good to keep things safe when out in the snow or on the slopes! I wore them snowmobiling before too and they kept me warm then as well - room to layer thermals under if needed!
